Complaints and refunds policy
I believe my plants to be correctly named and in good health. However, if a mistake does occur or a plant is found to be in any way unsatisfactory, I will refund or replace the plant/plants if you inform me within three weeks of dispatch. I regret that I cannot accept responsibility for the failure of plants due to weather conditions, planting conditions or incorrect treatment thereafter, nor for loss or damage of plants in transit.
Private purchasers have the right to cancel within seven days of the date of their order or to return the plants if they are found in any way to be unsatisfactory.
If the order is cancelled or the plants returned within seven days they will receive repayment in full for the plants and carriage.
